CASE Scholar
Alime Abiieva is a first-year MBA student and Forté Fellow. She spent more than a decade in media and nonprofit leadership, serving as Program Director at ATR TV Network in Ukraine before founding Kuresh for Ukraine in 2019, a U.S.-based nonprofit supporting humanitarian and advocacy initiatives in Ukraine.
At Fuqua, Alime wants to broaden her perspective beyond media and nonprofits by exploring different industries, business models, and challenges. Through CASE, she hopes to connect this broader business perspective with her experience in social impact and explore how business can be a force for meaningful change.
Outside of Fuqua, Alime enjoys traveling, spending time with her three-year-old daughter, and watching interviews with people who inspire her.
