CASE Fellow
Kathryne Piazza is an MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with a passion for using business as a force for positive social and environmental impact. Prior to Fuqua, she spent four years at NORC at the University of Chicago, where she led cross-functional initiatives in data governance, project management, and organizational process improvement. As a Data Scientist, she partnered with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex data into insights that informed evidence-based policy and decision-making.
During her MBA, Kathryne has deepened her interest in sustainability through a mentored study with Ecolytics, a platform that helps companies measure their impact and pursue B Corp certification. She also interned in Brand Management at Danone, the world’s largest Certified B Corporation, where she gained firsthand experience in product strategy, executive communication, and using consumer insights to influence business decisions.
Kathryne is passionate about using marketing to help purpose-driven businesses create positive social and environmental impact. Through CASE, she looks forward to connecting with classmates, alumni, and partners committed to building more equitable, resilient, and sustainable communities.
