Kayla Taylor

Prior to Fuqua, Kayla dedicated her career to the growth and success of a New York City-based FinTech company, joining as an early team member shortly after its Series A fundraising. Specializing in Business Operations, she has developed an expertise in process development, forecasting, and data strategy.

In addition to her professional work, Kayla is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Secretary for Forr the City Foundation, a Raleigh-based non-profit established in 2021. In this role, she has facilitated numerous programs aimed at introducing local youth to diverse career paths and professionals, while also leading the foundation’s external communication efforts.

As a CASE Impact Scholar at the Fuqua School of Business, Kayla seeks to enhance her knowledge of impact investing through experiential learning opportunities like the CASE i3 Consulting Practicum (i3CP). She is eager to explore new avenues and strategies for investing in a more equitable future.
