Mia Knight

Mia Knight grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and has built her career at the intersection of digital and brand strategy, partnerships, and market innovation. A former Division I student-athlete at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her degree in economics, Mia is passionate about creating pathways for underrepresented talent and underestimated founders. She has worked across industries at Google, Overtime, and the Make A Play Foundation. At MAP, she served as Head of Student Programming and Partnerships, where she launched Women PITCH Too, a program designed to increase opportunities for women in finance, and managed partnerships with organizations including the NFL, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America. Most recently, Mia was a summer fellow at Values Partnerships, collaborating with GoFundMe, Intuit, and NASCAR on national social impact initiatives, while also completing Dorm Room Fund’s Blueprint track to deepen her exposure to venture capital. At Fuqua, Mia is exploring how private capital and athlete-led innovation can expand access and equity in underrepresented communities. In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog, trying new restaurants, and cheering on college and professional sports.
