CASE Fellow
Olaitan (Ola) Jimoh is an MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she is focused on social entrepreneurship and passionate about advancing equity through business. This summer, she interned as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture, where she deepened her interest in working with mission-driven organizations to tackle complex challenges. She also served as a Venture Capital Fellow with Seae Ventures, supporting early-stage startups at the intersection of health and technology, and authoring an investment thesis on fertility services to advance innovation in women’s health.
Prior to Fuqua, Ola was a Social Impact Senior Specialist at Blue Shield of California, where she managed corporate giving and nonprofit partnerships for BlueSky, a signature initiative focused on youth mental health. She also worked at the San Francisco Foundation, driving initiatives in affordable housing and equitable transportation across the Bay Area.
At Fuqua, Ola has been a CASE i3 Impact Investing Associate, a Fuqua on Board member supporting the Greater Durham Black Chamber of Commerce, and an Admissions Cabinet member for the Black Business Student Association (BBSA). In her second year, she looks forward to serving as Co-Lead for the Net Impact Conference, VP of Admissions for BBSA, CASE Fellow, Admissions Fellow, and more.
Outside of work and school, Ola enjoys hiking, beach days, live music, and exploring new food spots.
