Rising Impact Leaders

The Rising Impact Leadership Series is a five-part program designed for first year MBA students seeking to drive positive social change in their careers and lives. Through interactive sessions, the series helps students deepen their understanding of social impact concepts, clarify their personal strengths and leadership vision, and explore how business can be a force for good, regardless of industry or function.

Held annually during the Fall 1 and Fall 2 terms, Rising Impact Leaders empowers MBA students to embrace social impact as a core component of their work, regardless of their future sector or industry focus, and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable world.

Recent student experiences include:

  • A workshop on demystifying the “S” in ESG, led by a global expert in corporate impact and sustainability and CASE Advisory Board member
  • A provocative session on climate justice, examining intersections with environmental, labor, business, policy, and legal systems
  • An evening on the future of Responsible AI with a leading voice in business and human rights law
  • Guided reflection sessions designed to build self-awareness and foster intentional personal growth
  • Deep dives into challenging business cases that test conventional strategy and stakeholder value frameworks
