Cecilia Iliesiu Dolan is a retired Principal Ballerina turned social entrepreneur committed to driving change in health, education, and the arts. She created industry-changing programs within ballet that addressed mental health, mentorship, and access, including PNB School Mentorship & Wellness Program and global teacher training initiatives in Nigeria, Ghana, and Honduras. Now pivoting into healthcare and education, she is focused on building strategic leadership skills to scale mission-driven initiatives. Long-term, she aims to return to the arts sector as an executive director of a dance or educational nonprofit advancing access, equity, and global collaboration. Cecilia is an MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where she is a CASE Impact Scholar, Health Sector Management Certificate candidate, and Consortium and Forté Fellow.
