Annabel is a dual MBA/Master of Environmental Management student passionate about forestry, conservation, and climate resilience. She earned a degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Management from the University of Washington, where she conducted bioremediation research and led fundraising campaigns for several nonprofits. Annabel began her career in the Development Department at Fred Hutch Cancer Center, where she learned the art of forming strong relationships and experienced the power of mission-driven work. At Fuqua, Annabel plans to continue driving positive change. Annabel currently supports the marketing and outreach strategy for Duke’s Natural Resources Finance Initiative at the Nicholas School of the Environment and is excited to learn more about how to secure and manage funding for forest restoration and conservation efforts.
